Professional Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of CNC technology
- Experience programming CNC machines
- Ability to read engineering drawings and design effective programs
- Orientation to materials and their properties
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Ability to optimize programs for maximum efficiency, accuracy and tool life
- Experience with production control gauges
- Ability to identify and solve problems in programming and manufacturing
Job description:
- Make a 3D model according to the drawing if it is not available
- Preparation of technology and clamping, layout of operations and tools used on the part
- Creation of technology in Fusion 360
- Upload NC program to the machine hand over the setup sheet to the operator and introduce the procedure
