Professional Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of technical specifications and product requirements
- Experience using gauges and inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, caliper gauges)
- Ability to measure and inspect all component parameters
- Knowledge of technical drawing and ability to interpret manufacturing drawings
- Experience with statistical quality control methods (e.g. SPC)
- Ability to identify and document deviations from specifications
- Experience using data processing and quality documentation software
- Communication skills to report results and collaborate with production team
Job description:
- Inspection of parts from CNC machines
- Inspection after machine start-up, intermediate, continuous, random and output inspection
- Responsibility for product quality
